Silver Beach Condo 804

Very easy renting this property through VRBO. Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Absolutely beautiful. Stunning view from the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. Close to many restaurants and shops especially at Destin Commons. Something for everyone. Check in process is very easy. Fantastic week

This condo was exactly like the photos. The owner was more than accommodating, and had many “extras” available if needed. Embroidered towels, beach accessories, extra sunscreen, a closet full of games and misc. items to use. Patrice was our host and she greeted us, gave us a tour and explained everything flawlessly. She was so kind and even checked on us when there was an elevator outage (which was quickly repaired the next day). Our stay was fantastic!! Huge 5 star rating from our family!!

This was one of our best VRBO experiences yet. The condo is immaculate and spotless. Terrific location in Destin – very close to lots of stores/restaurants/attractions/fishing docks. The furnishings are super high end, with so many thoughtful touches like providing beach towels and sand toys, yeti cups to take tasty beverages down to the beach, cocktail shaker/martini glasses, and plenty of premium linens and towels. The communication was terrific – a ton of information provided by email before the trip, and a very useful compendium in the unit with plenty of information about the property, area, and solid recommendations (stick to what is in the guide book for restaurants and you can’t go wrong – although the line at the Donut Hole was never short enough for us to try it out!). Our local hostess was wonderful, and took extra time to help us get unloaded, and show us around the property. We have checked into Ritz Carlton’s and not had this level of high touch service. There is so much to do close by, but it is hard to leave that gorgeous balcony with that view of blue water and sugar sand beach. Our trip was early Spring, so we appreciated that one of the pools was heated along with both hot tubs. Of course the kids swam in the Gulf despite the slight chill. Anyone considering becoming a VRBO host/hostess should come stay here to see where the bar is set – we can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo and great location!! The owner and Patrice were so gracious to make sure everything was taken care of to give us a wonderful vacation experience!! Only a few housekeeping issues at first, but was taken care of immediately!! 4 chairs and umbrella set up each day a wonderful bonus. We would love to come back soon!!

This property is amazing and definitely a must stay. It accommodated parents, grandparents and grandchildren comfortably. THE VIEW IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUUUTIFUL!!!!! The CONDO was immaculate and just a wonderful and gorgeous place to stay. The location was perfect!!!! Parking was convenient and no hassle at all!!! The best jewels of all was the owner and our hostess!!!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!
